Inventory Management : X Brand tests Italy
GiPA Italy and Tekné Consulting are launching a solution that delves deep into the inventories of each distributor in order that they can respond in real time to 80% of their fleet.
X Brand processed the refined data for each piece sold and/or unutilised part, and provided reports for each category, make, SKU, age bracket, region, etc. The goal of this is to free up cash flow and invest in new product lines, or even buy up a competitor and accelerate return on investment. “Ultra-specialists dealing, say, in German models of 10 to 12 years old, will find just what they need! Improving availability and their own reactivity compared to their markets will help them manage their cash flow and investment better,” explains Marc Aguettaz, the director of GiPA Italy, supported by Tekné Consulting in this Italian adventure before possibly launching it across Europe. Marc Aguettaz is setting out on a campaign to promote this new solution among the 3,500 Italian distributors, 2,500 dealers, and even the Distrigo outlets (14 in Italy currently). Watch this space.
